Molybsan® is an invisible ceramic coating that changes structure, surface energy and resilience of the substrate, so microorganisms and their feeding sources can’t adhere to surfaces. Molybsan® stimulates a purely physical reaction and it is biocide free.

The ceramic components of Molybsan® protect surfaces against chemical and mechanical attacks/impacts, as well as radiation. These types of damage can be caused by disinfectant, excessive abrasive cleaning and UV light. Molybsan® reaches up to 9H on the pencil hardness scale.

Molybsan® repel – X is an invisible, flexible ceramic coating for non-absorbent surfaces with a micro-organism repellent effect. The coating modifies the surface characteristics of the substrate to minimise the adherence of micro-organisms. Molybsan® repel – X creates an inhospitable environment where micro-organisms are deprived of moisture and food, resulting in their demise. Irrespective of the type of surface, a very high eradication rate is achieved through this disinfecting application.

Molybsan® repel -X is a 9H nano-ceramic coating that protects surfaces from chemical damage, mechanical abrasion and UV light degradation.

Molybsan® repel-X is suitable for non-absorbent, smooth surfaces. It creates a food-safe invisible ceramic layer and can, therefore, be used safely in all parts of the food industry.

Molybsan® repel – Y is an invisible, flexible ceramic coating for absorbent surfaces. Molybsan® repel – Y removes the nutrient source that microorganisms need to survive and multiply. Without a source of food and moisture, micro-organisms suffer an extremely high eradication rate.

Molybsan® repel- Y protects absorbent surfaces against aqueous or oily substances, therefore starving micro-organisms of a food source. The nano coating can be applied to all absorbent, textured or rough surfaces. The invisible ‘glass’ layer it creates is food-safe and can be used in all areas of catering, hospitality and food service.

Molybsan® odour – XY is a high-performance odour control/cleaning product for use on all absorbent, rough and textured surfaces. It works in three stages to eradicate odours for long periods:

  1. Destruction of odour molecules.
  2. Micro-organisms eliminate the origin of the odour and remove food sources from pathogenic bacteria.
  3. Over time, the beneficial micro-organisms revert to spores and are reactivated when the surface is newly contaminated, ensuring ongoing performance.
